Chapter 197, Statutes of 2014 amends California Government Code section 8202 to require the addition of the following specific disclaimer to the top of the form jurat: “A notary public or other officer completing this certificate verifies only the identity of the individual who signed the document to which this certificate is attached, and not the truthfulness, accuracy, or validity of that document.” The disclaimer must be legible and in an enclosed box.”

  1. Your document must be issued in the State of California and fulfill all certifications required before submitting to California Secretary of State Office.
  2. Birth, Death, Marriage, Divorce, article of incorporations, Certificate of Good Standing, Mergers, Amendments- All must be a certified copy issued by California Health Department or Business Division. No Photocopies is accepted.
  3. Power of Attorney, Affidavit, Bylaws, Corporate Agreement, Diploma, Transcripts, Police Clearance, Adoption Certificate- these documents must be notarized by a California Notary public
  4. If you have a federally issued document, visit DC Apostille for expedited US Department of State Apostille
  5. Currently, We can only accept Money Order as a way of payment- Make it payable to ” US Apostille” – Do not Send Cash.
  6. In the Menu, you will find a “cover Letter” that you must fill and print.
  7. Our prices don’t include the return shipping fee. Prepare a prepaid self-address return envelope. Include an International prepaid envelope if your want to return the document to an address outside the United States.
